Based on the original scripture from Ecclesiastes 3:4, A Time To Dance was formed and founded in 2002. Located in the heart of San Diego, today the studio brings a diversity of cultural dance from all around the world, notably Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and mainstream Hip Hop.
