🔹A bit more about Eddie🔹

Eddie Hercules, raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, had a nonconventional dance path spending his childhood playing sports (i.e football, baseball, Track). Eddie Hercules’s first experience with dance was from 2003-2008 when he began drumming in Afro-Haitian classes. During this time, Eddie gained the listening ear, the exposure, the passion, and the interest of afro-rhythms.

Eddie Hercules travels to spread his passion teaching both nationally and internationally while he continues to train with top instructors from all over Europe and beyond. Founding The Kizomba Dance Alliance in 2017, Eddie also teaches weekly classes in the Bay Area, as well as organizes events supporting the growth of Kizomba and Urban Kiz in the San Francisco Bay Area.

🔹A message from the Organizer, Katie Liakos🔹

Hey everyone! I hope you are as excited for this event as I am! As many of you know, I’m a huge fan of both Kizomba and Urban Kiz 💙 I’ve been hearing a lot of interest in Urban Kiz lately and I wanted to give our community the chance to learn from an expert! Eddie is very friendly and knowledgeable in Kizomba and Urban Kiz. With a lively yet down to earth personality, you will find him very approachable. It doesn’t matter what level dancer you are – he will make you feel at ease and his classes are always FUN!! Please come support our growing community and message me or A Time To Dance with any questions 🙂
